How do I fund my Series LLC and how do I receive the income generated from my properties?
You may deposit and withdraw funds from your Series LLC bank account as you see fit. You will need to keep accurate accounting records - both for your business and your personal accounts. A deposit into your Series LLC bank account is called a “capital contribution.” A withdrawal from your Series LLC bank account is called a “distribution.” Similar to tagging each transaction in your business bank account by Series LLC, you can tag each deposit and withdrawl from the Parent LLC.
