Can my spouse get a Solo 401k too?
- Yes, both you and your spouse can have Solo 401ks under the Operating Company as long as you are the sole W2 employees. You may have additional 1099s, but if you have another W2 then you would need to set up a SEP (Self-Employed Pension) IRA.
