Do you provide any assistance with meeting minutes?

• We do not provide meeting minutes.
• There are no statutory requirements for LLC's to keep minutes of hold annual meetings and our Texas Operating Agreements have specific language stating annual meetings are not required by the company.
• While meeting minutes are not statutory requirements, maintaining minutes may protect a company/LLC from a creditor "piercing the corporate veil" and going after the individual shareholders/owners.
