Do you recommend deals?

• No, we do not offer, underwrite, or recommend deals, operators, or deal clubs. You are responsible for underwriting your own deals and investing your own money.
• Our job is to tell you how to maximize your tax savings and investment ROI. We do that by modeling scenarios for you, which include how different types of investments can impact your bottom line. You are responsible for deciding which strategies to implement.
• We provide a list of deal clubs and investment opportunities that we have researched for our own investments, or that have been mentioned by our clients. This gives you access to a curated list of deals, but you are still responsible for your own due diligence.
