How do I avoid taxes if I have a corporate property?
- Income is passed from the property to the Operating Company, the same as a property management company. It doesn’t go through the Holding Company. The Operating Company is set up as a disregarded entity (a single member LLC), so the income flows to the owner of the Operating Company to file on their personal income return.
