How do you structure my Operating Company?

• If all your property is in your home state, we form the LLC in your home state.
• If all your property is in another state, we form the LLC in that other state to avoid foreign registration.
• If you own property in multiple states, we will form the LLC in either your home state or the state in which you do the most business. We may also need to set up multiple State registrations depending on how much business you are doing in other states and whether you are using rental management companies.
