How does an H-1B visa work in terms of managing an LLC, S-Corp, or other strategies since they aren't able to be employees?
- H1B holders are allowed to have passive investment in a business (not a S-Corp), but they may not engage in active management or labor for that business unless specifically authorized to do so by their visa. Rentals are considered passive so an LLC or C-Corp would work for them in my opinion.
