I don’t want to be locked into a subscription for the Peace of Mind subscription for the rest of my life.
- I can understand that. We do have clients who decide that they’ll sell all of their assets or stop doing real estate, in that event there would be no obligation to continue with the Peace of Mind. However, the understanding is that the Peace of Mind is what allows us to provide you with legal support without having to charge $250/billable hour, and allows us to serve as your nominee trustee service to protect your identity when we do the property transfers. As long as we provide these services your Peace of Mind subscription will be required.
