This seems like I wouldn’t be able to show proof of ownership when I go to sell or in dealings with the bank.
- I appreciate that you can see how solid the strategy is, this isn’t a concern because you’d still have all of the paperwork to substantiate that you are the ultimate beneficiary and grantor of the structure. Surely, we’re not in the business of complicating our investors’ ability to acquire assets, otherwise we probably wouldn’t be on this call, would we?
