      What are your annual ongoing fees?

      • Registered Agent
        LLCs are required by the state to maintain a registered agent.
      • Delaware Trustee (alternate to Registered Agent)
        DSTs are required by the state to maintain a Delaware Trustee.
      • Annual State Compliance
        In many states, LLCs are required to file a period report, plus any fees due to the state.
      • Nominee Trustee
        Most clients choose full anonymity, which means anonymity at the land record level. This is achieved by using a Nominee Trustee. This covers an unlimited number of properties.
      • Peace of Mind
        In addition to Nominee Trustee, it includes 2 strategy & compliance meetings with an attorney, 2 attorney hours a year to discuss your structure, and a diagram of your structure.
