What is the best structure to use?
- Use a Traditional LLC (usually with anonymity). This gives the best protection, ease of use, and flexibility when buying, selling, or obtaining financing for fix-and-flip or the BRRR method.
- A single entity is fine for a certain volume as determined by risk aversion (ex: up to 3 houses at any given time being flipped). More entities should be used to spread the risk beyond that.
