What states are you licensed in?

• Royal Legal Solutions has many attorneys licensed in their home state and in some cases in other states as well. The "core" work done by Royal Legal Solutions is always performed in a state where on staff attorneys are licensed, which is a way of preserving the quality standard of our work.
• We do not have attorneys licensed in every state that work full time, and it is not necessary for us to do so. Attorney licensure in a given state is required where an attorney specifically solicits business in that state, establishes a physical office, or appears in court. Any work performed elsewhere is merely tangential to our core work. 
• Whenever necessary, Royal Legal Solutions will bring in outside counsel to ensure consistency and compliance with all "unlicensed practice of law" issues which revolve around the practice of law by firms operating directly and tangentially to various states for any given client.
