Can we hold more than one (1) property in a Land Trust connected to our Trad LLC?
Yes, more than one property can be held under the land trust, however, it is not recommended to do so. The safest way to hold your assets is by minimizing asset grouping. Any assets that are held in the same land trust will be at risk together (i.e. if one property is litigated against, the other property is at risk). It is recommended that only one property be held per entity.
