How do I sign for an LLC that is owned by a trust, of which I am the trustee?
E.x. Real Estate Business LLC, which has the registered member and owner as Real Estate Business Agent Trust, and Scott Smith as Trustee
Scott Smith, Trustee of Real Estate Business Agent Trust, Manager and Member of Real Estate Business LLC
For an LLC that does have an agent trust incorporated for anonymity, you would sign as the Manager of the LLC or trustee of the agent trust. The signature line would read as follows: “John Doe, Manager of X LLC” or “John Doe, Trustee of the X Agent Trust, Member of the X LLC”.
