How does the money flow if you have the Series and the Traditional LLC?
It is recommended that all financial activities flow from the public into your traditional LLC. Once the funds are in the traditional LLC, they can then be transferred to the series LLC bank account. It is recommended that your traditional LLC bank account maintain a low balance because it is at the highest risk for litigation as it is public facing. Once your traditional LLC reaches a modest amount, it is recommend that the excess (anything above working capital) be moved into the series LLC bank account.
