How private is my DST? Can someone search for it publicly and find out that I am running it?
The only information found on the public record (search entity function on the website) with the Delaware Division of Corporations is the name of the DST and the name of the registered agent. In addition, the only information found on the filed Certificate of Trust is the name of the DST, the name of the registered agent, and the name of the resident trustee (Royal Legal Solutions). No client names are listed. The DST document itself is also private and not filed publicly.
