Is the SLLC Foreign Filing Fee required in each state?
No. A land trust holds title to the property in the state, so the SLLC has no direct business connection to the state and no foreign registration is required. The land trust is owned by the SLLC, and this is how you get anonymity, protection, and avoid fees as well as prevent the due on sale clause.
